Pastors Peter & Jenny Di Girolamo have been ministering in the area since 2001. They both work full-time as well as lead Hunterlife church. Recently the church changed its name to reflect a relocation into the growing area of Wallsend.

The church was originally known as "The Gospel Hall" and after much renovation and a new coat of paint on the outside the church has had a dramatic facelift. The congregation of Hunterlife Church began meeting in its current location since Easter Sunday 2007.

Hunterlife is a family friendly church, which seeks to build long lasting relationships with one another. Our church has a great children's ministry called The Discovery Club.

Hunterlife Church supports the Ministry of Lavenda Springs www.lavendasprings.com in Africa. Lavenda Springs is a ministry which facilitates the development of children in its schools and community centres.

Our Discovery Club (Children's Church) sponsor children in the countries of Ethiopia & Brazil through Compassion Australia www.compassion.com.au
